This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the form on matchlight.uk.
Who we are
Matchlight is made by Tidemark Projects, a sole trader business in the United Kingdom. Tidemark Projects is responsible for the details you send us.
What we collect
When you register interest, we keep what you type into the form: your club’s name, your name, your email address, your role, your sport, how many teams you have, whether you have a screen and any message you add. We also keep the date you sent it.
We don’t keep your internet address. To stop the form being flooded, it’s turned into a one-way code that can’t be traced back to you, and that code is only held for an hour.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you about Matchlight for your club: pricing, trying it out and getting set up. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you chose to send.
Where it’s kept
Your details are stored with Cloudflare, which runs Matchlight’s website and service. Only Tidemark Projects can read them.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or for two years after we last hear from you, whichever comes first.
Cookies
The Matchlight website doesn’t use cookies or tracking. The live demo remembers a small setting in your browser, so it doesn’t show its first-time guide twice.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or have them deleted. Email hello@matchlight.uk and we’ll do it within a month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
